Leadership
Brian Louder — President
Brian brings deep expertise to all aspects of managing a construction business. Prior to founding Louder Enterprises Inc., Brian founded a self-performing masonry business that he and his partner scaled in the commercial industry. He has decades of construction exposure from self-performing to managing complex multi-faceted general contracting projects and can lead effectively at every level. He is a U.S. Navy Veteran.
Cody Louder — Vice President
Cody brings varied expertise across construction and business. Prior to joining Louder Enterprises Inc. in a leadership role, he spent six years as a business analyst and project manager working with executive leadership in different industries. He worked for Louder Enterprises Inc. beforehand for over eight years as a self-performer and project manager. He has Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Business Analytics from Benedictine University.
